My Story in Motion

I have always been curious about how things work. Not only the systems behind them, but the people they serve.

My career began at BMW, where precision met passion and every decision came back to the customer. Over 14 years, I helped bring six luxury vehicles to life, transforming innovation into craftsmanship that connected with people around the world.

Today at Procter & Gamble, the same belief drives how I integrate automation and AI to turn manual processes into intelligent systems. Managing a $25M global automation portfolio, I’ve delivered $13M in verified savings by creating smarter, faster, and more reliable solutions for everyday essentials.

Across both journeys, the constant remains: connection. To the customer. To the team. To the story behind every result. I have learned that true innovation begins with listening and grows through the courage to create.

The Power of Failing Up

What sets me apart isn’t a flawless career. It’s a fearless one.

Growth rarely happens when everything goes right. It appears in the moments that test us, shape us, and ask us to rise differently.

Failing Up is more than a mindset for me. It is how I lead, how I grow, and how I encourage others to do the same. Every challenge has strengthened my ability to listen, to adapt, and to lead with empathy and clarity.

I have learned is that success is not built on perfection. It is built on progress, curiosity, and the willingness to try again with greater wisdom.

Through this lens, I have found my greatest rewards in teams that trust each other, in solutions that create lasting value, and in work that connects back to people in a meaningful way.

Impact That Speaks for Itself

Turning creativity, technology, and leadership into measurable results across industries and continents.

For over sixteen years, I have transformed ideas into outcomes that drive innovation and growth. From shaping luxury automotive experiences at BMW to leading global automation and AI integration at Procter & Gamble, my work blends creativity with disciplined execution. Every achievement begins with one belief: when people are empowered to innovate, measurable impact follows.

Impact Highlights:

  • Delivered $13 million in verified savings through automation and process efficiency across global operations.

  • Supported six global vehicle launches at BMW, each exceeding performance KPIs by more than ten percent

  • Led cross-functional teams across five continents, advancing efficiency, inclusivity, and operational excellence.

  • Certified in Project Management (Cornell University) and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, combining structure and creativity to deliver sustainable results.

  • Managed a $25 million global automation portfolio, maintaining accuracy within five percent of forecast targets.

Impact is not measured by numbers alone. It lives in the teams that grow stronger, the systems that evolve, and the customers who experience the difference.

Heart of Leadership

Leadership begins with empathy and grows through connection. I believe in creating the atmosphere where people feel seen, supported and inspired to do their best work.

Each of these principles reflects how I approach leadership with intention, curiosity, and respect for the people who bring ideas to life.

  • Strong leadership begins with understanding.

I take time to listen deeply and seek clarity before making decisions. This creates focus and alignment and reminds every person that their perspective matters and their contribution has value.

  • Innovation thrives when imagination has structure.

I bring both to every initiative, encouraging new ideas while providing the stability and clarity needed to make them real.

  • The best outcomes come from teams who feel trusted to lead.

I work to create an environment where people feel ownership, where they can take bold steps, learn through experience, and grow into leaders in their own right.

  • Trust is built through openness and consistency.

I communicate honestly, explain the reason behind decisions, and invite feedback. Transparency creates alignment, and alignment builds resilience.

  • Growth happens when learning never stops.

I see mentorship, reflection, and curiosity as vital to every phase of progress. When people are supported in their growth, they find confidence in their potential and purpose in their work.

Leadership is ultimately about connection between people, ideas, and purpose.

When those connections are strong, progress becomes natural and lasting.

Where Curiosity Leads

Curiosity is where every new idea begins. It is the spark behind innovation and the heartbeat of creativity.

For me, curiosity does not switch off when the workday ends. It shows up in the stories I write, the recipes I bake, and the places I explore. These moments outside of work feed the same creativity, empathy, and imagination that shape how I lead and solve problems.

Whether I am refining a process or testing a new sourdough recipe, the pattern is the same. Curiosity invites experimentation. It teaches patience, observation, and joy in progress. It reminds me that discovery, at any scale, always begins with an open mind.

“Growth isn’t found in comfort zones.

It’s found in the brave steps, pivots, and reinventions others are afraid to take.

What feels uncertain at first is often what leads to lasting impact.”
